XLC shelf for me
2QZQ make an excellent peak bag. I use one of their shock-corded bags in the foot end of my hammock to keep lightweight, bulky items within easy reach when I need them, things like a fleece pullover, shemagh, or beanie cap. With careful stuffing, I can actually squeeze my entire summer top quilt into it! (YMMV...) I prefer to use the peak bag in a hammock with an integrated bug net; the mesh helps to keep the full bag wrangled inside the hammock, where it could possibly roll out and dangle from a netless one.
How are they attached to the RL? My RL on the XLC is permanent and not removable as far as I know.
“The word hammockable (Meaning: two trees that are the perfect distance apart between which a hammock can be hung) is not in the dictionary, but it should be.”
RL is permanent, but I bet it's removable. I undo my suspension and run the loop on the bags shock cord onto one leg of the suspension and reattach. If you don't want to do that, just prusik that loop onto the RL.
