So on Tuesday I made an order for some membrane silpoly to make my winter tarp. After placing an order, a couple hours later I noticed I never got a confirmation email. Jumped back on the website, and noticed I typed in my email address wrong. Saw on the online chat that they were online. Within like a minute, Justin had my email address fixed and two minutes after that got a tracking number. How's that for service? Check the tracking number and it was already shipped. Scheduled to be delivered on Friday. Check again yesterday and it's on the truck for delivery. What? I just ordered like 36 hours earlier. Had to work at the stadium last night for the NFL draft, and Letchworth in the hammock tonight with my son's Boy Scout troop. All while my nice new material sits in its unopened envelope on the counter. Frustration. I think it would have been easier on me if it was still in shipping instead of teasing me at my house. I guess I can't complain with that kind of service.
