Video: ===> Appalachian Trail - Deep Gap Shelter to Dicks Creek Gap

Hey Guys, Well this about wraps up the 3 day hike for us from Unicoi Gap to Dicks Creek Gap (18-Miles). We had a blast. If you didn't watch Part 1 and 2 go back and do so. However, Watch part 3.. there are some really funny parts that had me rolling. Also see the footage of Helen GA (cool place to visit) and make sure to see our victory meal. Yum!!!!! later and take care.

Very enjoyable as usual. Thanks for sharing with us. I have a couple of questions. What camera do you use and what down jacket is A-Train wearing in the 3rd video. I like the "thickness" of that jacket.

    Thanks for watching TrailSlug.

Those two items are just a standard IPhone 6s that I think is great for capturing HD videos. Isn't the video quality fantastic!? I like to keep things simple, (Phone, Cam, all in one). I don't like merging multiple video's and all that stuff. A-Train's down jacket is a JCpenny brand. He says it works well for casual hiking and it costs less they typical ones do. However it does not seem as durable as the typical hiking jackets.

    Cheers.

Very nice video from the phone. Do you have a portable battery pack that you use to recharge? I like that jacket as I can't bring myself to use my best jackets on the trail so the JC Penny jacket would be right up my alley. I enjoyed the last video the most especially when you said you weren't filming but you were

Man great video guys, looked like a lot of the fun. Thanks for sharing with us.
    Straight out of Clayton.

Most physical hike: Grandfather Mountain, NC. Aug 13.

I don't need to make my pack lighter. I need to make my (_*_) lighter.
