I have ENO Junglenest, WBBB XLC and WBRR (Bridge) and the WBRR to me is by far the most comfortable. I do still love the XLC too though. I'm 6'3 225 just for reference

For years it has been my Dutch or dream hammock both gathered end. Recently I laid in my buddies Warbonnet Ridge runner and think I'm sold.

Started with a bridge hammock 2 months ago, but contemplating a gathered end during summer months for its structural ridgeline to keep a portable fan within the bugnet.

Might even use the gathered end hammock during winter months for its ability to close the tarp tighter. Since I already have a sleeping pad, double layer bridge hammock might be fine for the shoulder season. I'm an outdoors newbie, btw..

That's almost exactly what happened to me and I haven't looked back. Add to this the fact that the under quilts are a "connect it and forget it" and that makes the bridge hammock an easy decision for me.

Now I am thinking I need to try a bridge hammock, I have only used WWBB and NiteOwl which I love both. I have been eyeing a Sparrow but maybe I have to try a ridgerunner first.

My only complaint with the Ridgerunner is it requires a lot of space, trees a long way apart. I take a gathered end just incase I can not find trees far enough apart.

I have three different Hennessey's (gathered end hammocks?). Got an Amok Dramr 3.0 and love the luxury of sleeping flat
