I'd say go for a 20* incubator over the burrow; it's notably harder to trap air underneath you than it is to trap air above you in a hammock. With sufficient bottom insulation, you have a variety of cheap and bulky options to keep you warm on top. Supplement the UQ with sleeping bag, poncho liner, blanket, base layers, jacket, pants/snow pants, stuff you already have. It's less likely you have some sort of easily suspended insulation for your underside, and for most, a pad negates some of the ultimate comfort offered by a hammock.

I've never had CBS, but I did buy an Incubator 20.
I already own 3 sleeping bags, 1 of them is a good down one - a top quilt is quite a way down on my list of priorities.

The only reason I made a top quilt is because using my down bag as a quilt was too warm!

I don't camp anywhere or any time where it is below 20°F so I got an incubator 20, most should be able to work out what they need the same way. If you sometimes camp when it is below 10°F then maybe a 0° rated UQ is what you need, if you only camp in warm weather then a 40°F rated UQ might be fine.

When my shelter had frost on it my butt was nice and warm.
As a friend said to me: "any fool can be uncomfortable!"
But with the right gear I am comfortable and that helps to decide to keep up with hanging in a hammock, we don't want to see someone have a negative experience and go off hammocks - that's why everyone is saying to get the UQ first.
