    Thanks Les, truly was a great adventure. Wife is doing well, still on crutches but she's terrible at them so doesn't us as much as she should thanks.

    Awesome indeed. Fortunately the mishap was towards the end, would have been much more difficult had we been deeper in the park or had the injury been worse. Thanks.

    Thanks ps22285, I hadn't been to Algonquin in maybe 12-15 years but it's considerably closer than Boundary Waters so I think more frequent visits are in order, it's quite the gem.

    Thank you WV. That Harmony House grub was a definite win, some of it we packaged before the trip with a specific meal, but some stuff like onions and green peppers I just brought a small baggie of and added it to anything I thought it would be good in. They're definitely worth a look.

    Wow...just wow on those shots. I love the green river one and those shots of the moose were so perfect. Looks like an amazing trip. Thanks for sharing...a friend and I are heading into Algonquin for our first time ever there this october and your report has me aching to get there.
