I've never waited more than a day or two for a response from Brandon. Keep trying. Maybe send him a message here?
I'm sure he gets lots of emails, and having one get lost in the shuffle isn't unheard of for busy vendors. They're a small time shop with only a few hands to do the work. I'm starting to wonder the same things as I have sent several E-mails over the past week and have gotten no returns from him. I need to place and order for 2 super flys and have a question before I do and can't order until it is answered.
Hope all is alright with him and that he is just so busy he has not gotten to the e-mails yet.

Hmmm...now I'm worried as well. I haven't received word back from an inquiry I sent him either. Hope all is well in his neck of the woods and whatever the delay is isn't serious.
Keep in mind that Brandon and all of the rest of us vendors also have families, are backpackers, once and a while scratch out a few days for vacations, and spring can just flat out be very busy. I have not talked to Brandon in a few weeks but in all likelihood he is just out for a few days.

floridave, my experience has been exactly the same. I ordered a xlc 1.1 dbl, it has been paid for, and I am waiting. I don't want to cancel my order (just the opposite!), but it would be nice to know what is happening. I have tried calling and emailing, but with no success. I'm not sure what to make of it, but some of the other posts have helped provide possibilities for interpretation.
the last email I received from him was on 4/16, almost a week ago, and I sent another email with a question/request for an existing order and still haven't heard back from him. I sent 2 more emails since then and still no reply.
I received an email last week on April 13 about an order placed on April 1. Brandon wrote that the order would be shipping that week. It did not ship. Status remains unchanged on his site. I hope he is OK and is just swamped by his well earned success.
Not worried about the order. It will come when it comes.

Hehe you guys just need to relax a bit. In this day and age, we're all used to instant emails and mass produced junk from China. These cottage vendors are probably totally swamped right now because if you guys are anything like me, you started planning your spring camping in January. I bet they are busting their respective butts to try and get everything made and out the door.
Just be patient folks. I know it's hard...every order I've placed since February has been me sitting here checking the delivery status hourly to see where the package is. Just gotta cool the jets and allow some time for your top of the line, hand made gear to get created.
