Actually I already complained... this is what my post is all about... (I'm not questioning the quality of the product).

Must not understand "overhead"......

Must not understand all the calculations that I made in my post, clearly showing all the "overhead" charges. Now if you are referring to rent, utilities, taxes, and so on, those belong in the price of the item, and definitely not in the shipping charge. The shipping charge is the shipping charge.

I for one did not mind the shipping at all. For the quality of the product and great customer service I would have paid more if I had to.

You are a very generous person. If you PM me, I have a bridge to sell you.

Personally, I prefer my stuff to be adequately covered and shipped so that someone else cannot help themselves to my goodies. I think this topic should go elsewhere. On topic, as to the sale, exciting stuff. I have a whole different view of gifting now that my significant other and I both hang. What a great opportunity. Hmm, you have me wondering what the surprise is Paul.

I do wish you wouldn't charge so much for shipping. Assuming a shipping weight of 25 ounces for a 50* tapered quilt, the shipping charge is only $5.84 USPS Priority from your door to mine. Signature confirmation adds $2.36, for a total of $8.20. But you currently charge almost $20. I haven't found any other vendor that has such a high shipping charge for similar merchandise.
