2) This is a **BRILLIANT** approach you have here. Rather than just have a Black Friday sale, your approach having one temp rating on sale per week allows at least the following advantages:
- You can get more economies of scale (i.e., cutting several of same item at once)
- You spread out the orders more (so you are less inundated and the customer gets their stuff faster -- Win/Win!)
