I too added WL's adjustable ridge line to my Lite Owl. Works great for hanging ridge line organizer and the like. Not sure how much it affects the hang as I've always used it.

I have both and prefer the Lite Owl. I added a RL too. The extra length and the head and foot boxes (which can go in either direction by flipping the hammock) make for a sweet lay. Just my two cents....

Sewn works great for me. Never have any trouble moving feet or adjusting position. Good luck.
