No problem. Everything held up OK in shipping? When I sent out the prototypes they tore up the envelopes pretty bad, but I wasn't using the foam on those.

FYI titanium is actually significantly heavier than aluminum, about 1.6x more. The misconception of it being lighter is that due its higher strength, less of it can be used.

Looks like those corners could use more rounding off, looks like they basically just broke the corner to remove the burr. I would try giving the edges more of a radius, and if the problem persists...
